Rehearsal Coordinator* - Special Package "A" - $175.00
* Bride "plan" the entire wedding, but need a "Professional" to ensure details are not overlooked on her special day.
Special Event Planner* - Special Package "B" - $300.00 & up
We can assist you in the process of planning the specified event(s):
Corporate event, Event Proposal, Anniversary Celebration, Vow Renewal (Coordinating), Baby Shower, Wedding Shower, & Holiday Christmas parties, etc.
Event Planning Coach*
• Event Planning Coach (limited assistance)
• Two (2) pre-event meetings (Up to 2 hours each total)
• Two (2) Consultation's by telephone, e-mail, or fax (maximum of 2 hours total)
• Service provider referrals as needed
Option #1: $600.00
Event Management Services*
• Consultations (in person, phone, email, or fax)
• Pre-event meetings and/or site inspections (up to 6 total)
• On-site management of wedding rehearsals by a trained wedding coordinator
• On-site management of event set up & break down by an experienced event design specialist
• On-site management of the event by an event manager
• Staff Event or Wedding Coordinator(s)
Option # 2: $3,000 - $15,000.00
Event Planning & Management Services*
• Consultations (in person, phone, email, or fax)
• Event meetings & site inspection
• Referrals for event goods and services
• Setting and managing event budget
• Event design & floor planning
• Ceremony agenda
• Payment schedules
• Assist in contract negotiations and contract review
• Contract review
• Coordinate rental equipment and decor suppliers
• Assist with seating arrangements
• Verify all plans by phone, email or in writing
• Create the ceremony agenda
• On-site management of wedding rehearsals by a trained wedding coordinator
• On-site management of event set up & break down by an experienced event design specialist
• On-site management of the event by Nadine Moreland
• Staff Event or Wedding Coordinators
• Invitation and guest list management
• Rehearsal dinner planning and management
• Invitation addressing & mailing
Option # 3: $5,000 - $60,000
*Packages may include some or all of the services listed. Services will be detailed in the client's written proposal.*
**Each package can be customized to fit your needs; and will be starting at $100.00 per hour**.
